Recently 2NE1 members teased on twitter about their glorious 2NE1 March 2013 Photoshoot – I think each member will be featured in four different magazines. And I just really have to blog about this. Because you know, I just really can’t contain my feels right now. LOLs As you can see in the above pic: Dara for Elle, Bom for Allure, Minzy for Marie Claire, and CL for Harper’s Bazaar. Excuse me for this but ASDFGHJKLGULYESUHSTGW They are so effing gorgeous!
I completely forgot this blog again. Sorry about that. To tell you the truth, I was out of focus for like a month or so. I was just letting time pass by without doing something. (I partly blame The Sims 3! (゜∇ ゜)LOL) I know that was kinda wrong of me so I’m slowly climbing back up this January. Well, it’s new year anyway – a fresh start!
Speaking of fresh start, as you can see, Kettobase has a new layout! YAAAAAY. I’m calling this ‘Fresh Start‘ as I’m really pushing this site to get somewhat revamped. I won’t delete all the posts. But I promise to write with quality from now on. Technowish.net got also revamped. I will be writing about the new layouts there. Please do check it out when it gets posted.
I know I said I was just letting time pass by this fast few weeks but it’s not like nothing happened to me. Of course, the holidays came and my birthday last January 1st or er– 2nd. (I grew up celebrating it on the 2nd but official papers say my birth date is on the 1st.) My mother celebrated both occasions with me and Hubby-san. We cooked a few dishes and desserts and as a result, I gained weight. （ー○ー） I’m slowly trying to lose what I gained and I guess I’m glad to say I’m seeing results. Anyway, Hubby-san gave me a lot of stuff on my birthday:
When I learned that Dara is trying to learn how to play guitar, I really wished that she’ll learn and I dream that she will be ala-YUI someday. Well, I hope YUI fans won’t get mad. LOL. I guess I will be a happy fangirl if she’ll play Lonely someday or have an acoustic solo song! The Dara-biased in me is showing. kkk
I’m not sure about the brand/model of her guitar but is it similar to a Martin HD-28? The customized design thingie is just so cute!
Yes, another vlog post! (≧∇≦)／□☆□＼(≧∇≦ ) I’m still not better in recording a video. I was supposed to record using our digital camera but I can’t find it. T^T so I recorded using my LG Optimus One P500 instead. Sorry for the bad quality, really. (*_ _)人 My English isn’t better gaaah. I feel like my English in Vlog #1 was a bit better? ；￣ロ￣）！！

So the other day, when I was worrying about my lack of concerts (BIGBANG + possible 2NE1) funds, I offered on a whim the wordpress theme I was previously using in this blog. Well, I offered it for sale to a regular buyer of my wordpress themes. Luckily and to my utter surprise, he accepted the offer and bought it even tho I indicated that the theme was preloved unlike my usual wordpress themes for sale which are usually made from scratch and brand new.
Anyway, so I added the money I gained from it to my concert funds but I still have a lot of funds needed not just for the concerts but for bills and living expenses as well. Hul~! I so miss the days when I just have to worry about just saving my daily allowance to buy the things I want. (。┰ω┰。)
I’m dreading to see a barcode scanner in a few days which means it will be time for grocery shopping by then. ＿|￣|○
So back to this current theme I’m using, this is pretty similar to the (previous) black~ish theme – the one I sold. I admit this theme is based from it. I really love that design and I’m not ready yet to let go of a dark layout for Kettobase.com. If you noticed, this one uses yet again a lot of colors. I know I think I have this thing for colorful shades especially rainbow colors. I guess I’m a sucker for rainbows. ヾ(@゜∇゜@)ノ
For the top part background, those circles with rainbow colors above, I ended up with that because I was thinking of a way to not use diagonal patterns. I think I also have the habit to use top diagonal patterns or stripe patterns on my layouts. orz. So to try for something new, I used circles instead. What I love about it is I made those rainbow circles myself. ♥ As for the logo, to be honest, I’m not satisfied with it. I’m going to play around with more to get a satisfactory result. Kekeke.
By the way, I call this theme “Colors in the Dark” for obvious reasons. XD.
