There has been a fanbase since god-knows-when and I would shamelessly admit of being one of them. That was about 10-11 years ago during the time of H.O.T, Baby V.O.X, 1TYM, Bijou, J, Tashannie, Jinusean, and Shinhwa among others. I find that Kpop music back then is better before than now.
